SERVICE OVERVIEW:
High-volume precision manufacturing of structurally unyielding reinforced concrete poles engineered for low-voltage (LV) and high-voltage (HV) cross-country power distribution grids.
THE TECHNICAL EDGE:
- Grade C37 Concrete:
All poles are cast exclusively using premium Grade C37 concrete with a strict 50mm reinforcement cover to prevent moisture ingress and erosion.
- Advanced Rebar Core:
Structured with robust 16-H8 and 51-H6 steel reinforcement cages to guarantee ultimate bending moment thresholds.
- Accelerating Admixtures:
Accelerating Admixtures: We utilize special chemical admixtures to facilitate early strength development and completely eliminate internal voids or defects.
- High-Volume Curing:
Our facility houses heavy-duty wet curing ponds capable of fully immersing at least 160 concrete poles per batch for a complete 28-day hydration cycle.
